A Case of Congenital Esophageal Atresia and Tracheoesophageal Fistula Combined with Multiple Anomalies

Abstract

|
We have experienced a case of esophageal atresia and tracheoesophageal fistula combined with multiple anomalies.
The female infant was born by C-section delivery due to abruptio placenta. In early pregnancy maternal estrogen injection and medication history is existed.
The diagnosis was confirmed by bronchography. This case had upper blind pouch id lower tracheoesophageal fistula (Gross type C). Combined anomalies were single umbilical artery, face anomalies (left microphthalmia, hypoplasia of nose with single ncstril) and probably heart, renal (G-U tract) anomalies.
